This Winter I will attempt to put a Block Drop between the Statue of Liberty and the Bathhouse daily, typically between 9am and 4pm. We’ll likely have some weather closures or be out of town several times during the season but reach out ahead of time and I can let you know if it will be there or direct you to some gear I can lend out.
