This will be week twelve assisting Seattle Parks & Rec Forest Stewards in the Duwamish Head Greenspace. Last time we cleared English Ivy, Blackberry, Clematis and other invasives to prep the area to replace with native plants. This week we’ll join longtime Park Steward Doug Adams as we hike deeper into the woods to help restore this beautiful urban Greenspace. Although mainly a Spruced event, there’s always garbage to be had too. Come join us!

Parking & Meet-Up
There’s a little parking area along Admiral just south and north of where we’ll be working, just be mindful of the bike lane which we won’t want to be parking in. If those spots fill up you can park around Belvedere Park at the top of the hill and walk down Admiral to our starting point just past the Duwamish Head Greenspace sign.
