This cleanup will concentrate on a dumping area just off the sidewalk on the west side of Harbor Ave. The trail is just north of the 5 story, modern office building at 2775 Harbor Ave.

We did an initial clean in December so will be going back to finish that work. There is a pocket of trash lower on the trail that should be easy to address but there is more steeper up the trail that we'll need to see if we can get to based on the weather and trail conditions.

For those uninterested in doing the trail but wanting to help, the sidewalks and bike path along Harbor Ave. could also use some love and bringing all the strewn trash back to our main pile.

We'll get all the items gathered together and staged on the street and called in for SPU pickup.

For anyone interested in clearing some blackberry bushes, I think we can take some hedge trimmers to the bushes that obscure the area and offers cover to these illegal activities and will allow better visibility to watch the area in the coming months.
