I'm going to help a young man I know work on his side yard which is overgrown and overwhelming for a first time home owner. For anyone willing to help out, feel free to come join me. I'll basically be showing him the type of work we've been doing in the Greenspace and in our Parks work, and offer up suggestions of how to keep rolling, tools needed, etc. He has several trees to ring and lots of other invasives on his property that we'll be digging into.

This is a different kind of event for the group and one where I'm hoping to do more for neighbors who might need a helping hand from time to time. If this isn't your cup of tea, no worries, we'll catch you at another type of event.
