We'll kick off the week with a Spruced event along California Ave. north of the events we did in July. We'll focus on suckers growing out of tree bases and low hanging branches that impede foot traffic down the sidewalk. The cleanup will concentrate mostly on foliage but we’ll also pick up trash as we go.

We’ll begin at the intersection of California & Walker by WS Grounds and Mioposto and proceed south towards Admiral, if we make good progress we can go north as well.

Cut material will be placed into yard waste bags and hauled away.

I’ll have some tools to start with but if you have hand clippers and tools you use at home, those would be good to bring. I’ll bring a hedge trimmer, pole saw, a weed whacker, rakes, a leaf blower, etc.
