We’ll be sprucing the staircase that runs along Juneau between 23rd SW on the bottom to 21st SW at the top. The stairs are overgrown with weeds, blackberry and ivy from the sides and have some areas that need some pruning from overhead branches and vines as well. There will likewise by tree ringing and trash pickup opportunities. Croft Place SW which runs up the hill behind the STEM school is also always ready for a cleanup if we have extra hands.
Rather than hauling out we’ll find areas along the staircase to clear and make room for the debris piles to decompose in place.
