We cleared the sidewalk along Me-Kwa-Mooks several weeks back and made it walkable again. In doing so we piled all the cut debris in the woods which the forest steward would like spread out in the area under the tree to better help it break down and to offer a deterrent to loitering in there. After that we’ll dig in to the northwest corner of the park to remove blackberry and ivy and create more area for new native plants.

Parking: There should plenty of spots along the park, and on the other side of the street as well, just look for the van.
