We’ve been watching the area around SW Sumner Way which is just up Fairmount off of Harbor Ave. It’s had a camp in it for the past year which the city just cleared. Our intent is to go in and start the cleaning process which will likely take several trips. There will be nice flat opportunities in the camp area as well as steeper sections down to the creek bed which is about 50 feet down an embankment. We’ll bring drag bags to fill below and then pull up to the top of the hillside. All abilities welcomed!

Parking & Meet-Up
There’s not a ton of parking along Fairmount but there are some spots on the north side along Fairmount and then we’ll walk up Sumner Way. I’ll have my phone on me if you need to reach out at 206-852-9552.
