One of our neighbors, Stacy of Alki Beach Pride has adopted a stretch of Alki Ave. from 56th to 60th and back to Whale Tail Park. She has a city provided stencil to paint around the storm drain but it’s a multiple person project. I’d like to help get the drains prepped so when she’s ready and available on a day off from work we can quickly blow them off and hit them with the spray paint stencil. Wednesday we’ll take advantage of the nice weather and clean out all the drains we can.
We’ll meet down by the Bathhouse and set our course for the day.
