Day four, and the last of our Longfellow Creek cleanup series: We'll start at the intersection of 24th & 25th across the street from the southernmost Louisa Boren STEM School playfield. After turning off Delridge onto 24th Ave SW travel about a block to where the street intersects with 25th. Off to the side of the creek is a burnt out encampment underneath the power lines. Aside from the obvious wreckage that can be seen there feels to be tarps and other goodies that are grown over by tall grasses so we may need to do some raking and rooting around.
